CLEOPATRA FLOWERS

We ordered flowers for our aunt who lives in New Mexico, and we couldn't be happier with the service. Communication was excellent, and the florist even sent us a picture of the arrangement before delivery. It was beautiful and perfect. Thank you for helping us make our aunt's smile today!

My daughter got me these beautiful flowers on Saturday and they STILL look stunning! They smell wonderful, too! The staff member worked within her budget and created this bouquet on the spot. Thank you Cleopatra Flowers!💐

My wife and have family in beautiful Albuquerque, New Mexico. Our granddaughter had appendicitis and a burst appendix that was surgically removed yesterday by the great team at UNM Children's Hospital (in this case, top quality care was essential). Wanting to send a get well bouquet we hit the internet. Of course many online services, that showed our desired arrangement - A-Dog-Able In a Basket - but when we entered zip code it said not available. Switching gears we searched for florists in Albuquerque with this arrangement and found highly rated (and deserved) Cleopatra's. Last night got as far as entering things, creating a basket and Greeting Card details, and a price but could not finalize. This turns out to be a blessing. Called this morning and reached top service provider Nancy (owner take note). Nancy gave me a number to text details of order for. About 15 minutes later she called back, confirmed all, took payment and promised delivery by 5 p.m. the same day. Not only was dealing with Nancy a comfort that nothing gets loss or scrambled in transmission, it turns out the third part services charge a service fee that (as it does NOT go to florist, Nancy

I impulsively walked in on a Thursday needing an bridal bouquet for an elopement on Sunday at noon, meaning I'd need to pick it up Saturday. To further complicate it, this was no standard issue arrangement. The bride wanted something very specific, very unusual and with greens not typically used in arrangements. The designer was out, but the gentleman in the store called her, sent her a photo, she chatted with me on the call then said she'd call me the next day after she visited the floral warehouse to see what they had. Sure enough, the next day she had rosemary cut from a living bush, sage from the grocery store and a variety of other greens we had requested. She wove these into a very organic arrangement using the two silks the bride requested while I waited! She worked off the photo she had been provided. She made up a matching boutanaire as well. She did all this for less than I have paid for just corsages and matching boutanaires in the past for my kids dances. They earned a customer for life. I'm already planning on ordering some arrangements needed for upcoming events. It's very eclectic, but man, they mean business. I cannot recommend this little shop enough!
